Yummy Things

One of the goals I have this year is to take time to invest in doing things I enjoy while I am going through the realities of medical training. Life will not happen when I am "not busy". In fact, the older I get the more I realize that "being busy" will get progressively harder to avoid. So, I treated myself to something nice this weekend- a fruity smoothie. It is super simple and I definitely enjoyed it. Recipe is below. I am not specific with measurements so adjust to add more or less depending on how much you want to make and how sweet you want it to be. If you try it, let me know what you think.


Smoothie Recipe

-1 or 2 ripe bananas

-1/3 or 1/4 piece of a block of guava paste (the more you add the sweeter it will be)

-1 small-medium sized mango

-Oatmilk

-Ice (optional)

-Green of choice such as kale or spinach (optional)
