Food for thought? The steps you may need to take towards a healthier lifestyle may not always involve changing what you eat and changing how you move your body. Sometimes, it is a little deeper than that. Changing your mindset, facing unresolved trauma, facing your truth, or challenging limiting beliefs may be the things that need to be addressed before seeing real progress. It will not always be an easy thing to do; still, it may be necessary to being the healthiest version of yourself.
To end, I have one more thought. While there are aspects on the journey where you may need to devote time to healing, you do not have to do it alone. I have personally learned that while there are a lot of things we can do on our own, it can be very helpful to have someone with us along the way.
